    I'd like to delete the main parallels account with the current email address that I have with associated with this forum account. I accidentally created this account while trying to login/switch email addresses on my main account, so now I can't change the email on the main account because it conflicts with this new account.

    Greetings, Parallels support team. I live in the UK and I've just had the following email:

    Your Parallels account <<redacted>> was recently signed in to from the Parallels Access web application running in a browser we don't recognize.
    • Browser: Chrome 54.0.2840.59
    • Operating System: Windows 7
    • IP Address: 113.13.104.110
    • Country: China
    • City: Liuzhou
    • Date and Time: 2017-01-21 22:13:56 (UTC)
    Since I don't recognise this either, I haven't validated the browser.
    I'm letting you know in case there is a general security exposure at the moment and secondly asking that you delete my Parallels Access account, I certainly don't want remote access and am grateful for the two-step verification. Please could you let m eknow of any exposure that you are aware of.

    • Country: Thailand
    • City: Chiang Mai
    • Date and Time: 2017-02-06 16:27:01 (UTC)
    This was obviously not me, so I've also taken the recommended step of resetting my password.
    I'm going to request you completely delete my parallels account and logins, asap.

    Hello CraigW6, we could see that you have Parallels Desktop 8 License key registered under your Parallels account. If we delete your account, you will no longer have access to this license key. Please confirm if you still want us to delete the account.
