I just purchased a new mac. I must not have deactivated my old mac before erasing the HDD. How do I go about deactivating it so I can install parallels desktop 10 on my mac without the error message? i do have my activation code.

Could you please let us know the error message which you're getting while entering the command into the terminal?

    Guidance please:
I have Ver 11 Desktop running on my Mac. It needs to be updated. My plan is to get a new Mac soon and I will want to use the new version on the new system.

May I have instructions as to steps to follow that respect our agreement, using the new version on the new Mac?
