Hi, I purchased this license a number of years ago and it is still showing up in Legacy Licenses under my account. I cannot install on my iMac as this version is not compatible with Sierra. What are my options as I would like to re-install? Can my license be transferred to a later version? Thank you.
Hello AS068, The license what you have is Parallels Desktop 5 for mac which is already an end of life product and it is not compatible with mac OS Sierra. Please purchase Parallels Desktop 14 full version which is the latest version and it is completely compatible with mac OS Sierra.
