MY HDD IS CORRUPTED AND WON'T START How to recover information

Hello,
Today I ran low on hard drive space and my HDD couldn't load, so I attempted to acces the files via PARALLLES MOUNTER and it doens't seem to work because the hard drives are not shown in the Finder.

Please, I need help to get this VM running again, or at least, to retrieve the information.

Did you try to create an empty VM and add your virtual hard drive to it?
