Cannot transfer licence key to new account

    I can't transfer my licence to an other account.
    When I enter the key to the new account, I get the error "Key already in use by another email".
    The old account has already been deleted.

    Oh, I see... by replying to your post, it's allready private...
    I'm trying to transfer the following Key to address:
    Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac: N***7W-****5J-C****8-V****K-2***Z5
    old e-mail: anina.h*****@abacus.ch
    new e-mail: patrick.s***nk@abacus.ch
