Literally, after a page disappeared, my subscription no longer appeared in my online account. My product still works properly, but I cannot see it nor reactivate it in the online account. Yes, I tried the sign out of PD and then re-register, but nothing works. My subscription is set to renew in there weeks and I wanted to upgrade it to the pro edition, but this web site is making it impossible to do so. I even tried clicking the "upgrade to pro" button in PD but all I get is an empty page (no content, just header/footer).
Would be happy to except I can't seem to find where the send a private message function is on this site
