Unable to confirm the product license.

    I just tried to install Parallels 11 on my new macbook pro without success. I haven't used Parallels in years and the previous installations are lost. I don't even have access to the macs they were originally installed.

    Can I get some help to reset the activation count which will allow me to use Parallels 11 on my new mac?
