My parallels expired about two years ago - I am trying to renew it now. I selected renew and got a message I should hear something within an hour. I have tried to hit the renew again, but it just lets me update my payment information. Please advise.
We see that the subscription was expired as you have got a refund. You cannot renew a subscription which was expired due to a refund and also it is good for you. If you renew the standard subscription you will have to pay USD 79.99 but now you are eligible for an upgrade subscription, so you can buy the Pro upgrade subscription for USD 49.99. During the activation, you can use the expired key as the previous key for the upgrade key and complete the activation.
thanks - I just did the upgrade. Unfortunately, I have an older MAC and my OS won't let me download it. I don't have the option to update it. Is there a way to get Windows 10?
You can purchase and download it from the Microsoft website. Please let us know if it's not that case.
