My subscription to Parallels just renewed today but I have no idea what account it is associated with. I have multiple accounts for some reason and none of them have any 'Active Subscriptions'. When I try to register my key I receive the following message: 'This license key is already registered in a different account.'

Hi Maria. Not quite sure how to send a private message but the other number is 252552672 and that was completed on 12/16.
Your key is registered with the Apple login. You have to use Apple login to get into Parallels Account and locate the key.
