Cancel parallel 17 upgrade and issue a refund

    Hello,
    I upgraded my parallel 12 to 17 but it's of no use for me.
    Please cancel and issue a refund.

    I wish to Cancel also.
    This is a terrible service, they do not even send an email to say you subscription renewal is due.
    Now do they send an invoice to say they have taken any money.
    I haven't used this for 2 years and Ive just noticed the payment.
    I wish to get a refund as the payment is pending, I can't even see a cancel subscription option, just remove???

    I too received a notification of renewable AFTER payment and I do not want the service anymore. How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

    I have already refunded the product. So far I haven't received a refund, it's been a week since I requested a refund.
