"Subscription has expired. Limited access." Really? I JUST updated the subscription! How do I get help?
I have the same issue with Parallels toolbox for Mac. I have a confirmed renewal payment receipt but still get the message 'Your renewal failed. your subscription is about to expire.' No means of support? What can we do?
The original subscription purchase reference is: 263362382 The renewal successful payment reference is: 321496418 on 1 March 2022.
Hello, as per your purchased reference number, we can see your renewal was successful and the license key is in activate status under pan*****@gmail.com. Please uninstall and reinstall Parallels Toolbox and try to activate it again using your license key.
