Upgrade from subscription at a discount

    Hi, I have been using Parallels until April this year, when my subscription expired. I want to buy a permanent license for v17. I am able to purchase an "Upgrade" at a discount without even being logged in, so I want to know if that is going to work to unlock the version I have installed.

    Nice day my license expired and I get to the mail a flash comes out for parallels 17 of 49 dollars, can I use this offer to renew my license?
