Transfer license key to another account

    I registered a key in the wrong account and I would like to transfer it.

    I sold my Parallels desktop 15 and I need to deactivate my licence key/ delete account and new owner will register it again

    Hello @WalentyM, Kindly note that only Parallels Customer Service can remove a key from a Parallels account, so that it could be registered under another one. We have sent you a private message. Please provide us with the requested information so that we can check this further. Thanks.
