My Account doesn't show my purchased item

    Hello.

    I recently bought a business desktop subscription and registered the license key. Everything worked properly, until i clossed the application. When tried to open it again, it asked me to inctrouce a license key, so i tried with the one i was alreade used. A message saying it was deactivated was displayed.
    Then i logged in to my account through my web browser, but no license is displayed. I need help.
