Can someone please help me process a refund? Apple said they can't do it since it was purchased through the app store for a third party. I haven't used parallels (if there's a way for you to check and verify), and I forgot to turn off the auto-renew. Can I be helped with a refund please? It just renewed November 22, 2022.
