Trying to activate Parallels Toolbox license on a new MacBook Pro

    Hello - I'm trying to activate my Parallels Toolbox subscription on a new MacBook Pro. I'm getting the following error message:

    This license has reached its activation limit.
    The license has been used to activate Parallels Toolbox on 3 different Macs.
    To activate Parallels Toolbox on this Mac, you must purchase an additional license.​

    From what I can see, there isn't a way to deactivate licenses on my old Macs or via my Parallels.com account page. Can you assist? A full reset would be preferable. - thanks.

    You may use the license now.

    Hello Adeboye Adeotan. Still having the same issue; I can't activate my license. I'm running v6.7.0. See attached screen grabs. Please do a full reset on my Parallels Toolbox license so I can use on two machines. Or, send me instructions on how I can do that locally. I'm running v6.7.0. Thanks!

    Haven't heard back and software still not active. Please reset my Toolbox license on all three machines registered. As said in a previous post by another Toolbox user, we wish we could manage our licenses within the app, but sadly the is not the case; you guys have to do it. It's been three days since my first post. I need to address today please - thanks.
