Kaspersky's license is expiring

I'm getting a message that Kaspersky's license will be expired in 10 days.
I'm using build 5584. What am I supposed to do to keep using it?

 

pay a fee no doubt

I dropped Norton and use AVG Free so never tried Kaspersky

I thought Kaspersky is free to every Parallels user forever.
I removed it, and installed McAfee, that Comcast offers.
