Help~coherence does not work

    I virtual my windows xp from boot camp with pd tools installed sucessfully.
    But when I want to change my view to coherence,it does not work such as I never clicked the button.
    Coherence is enabled in PD tools.
    So I don not know what to do...


    P.S. My build is 5608

    First mind is to reinstall tools, using add/remove programs.

    Check in Windows device manager that video device is enabled

    I checked and it showed parallels video driver and the video memory is 16mb.
    In PD configuration display opition,I enable directx and custom display resolutions.
    What can I do to repair my coherence display.

    I mean check in Windows device manager in Virtual Machine, make sure that Video dvice is not disabled

    I checked and it is enabled.
    I also reinstalled PD,but it still can not work in coherence mode.

    Can you attach here pvs file (VM configuration file) ?
    usually in Documents/Parallels/Boot Camp

    Can you please privately send me following information
    * an XML file with a copy of system profile: Applications --> Utilities --> System Profiler --> File --> Save as
    * Archive of /Library/Parallels/bugreports/ (right click on folder --> Create Archive)
    or ~/Library/Parallels/bugreports/

    Please note, this is information can reveal some personal information, so you can prefer to create ticket in support ,instead of providing it in private message
    * /Library/Logs/panic.log
    or ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Parallels.crash.log from the Mac side;
