Upgrade failure from 5582 to 5608

Hi all,

I have tried unsuccessfully half a dozen times now to upgrade Paralles Desktop 3 build 5582 to 5608. Each time the .dmg file downloads fine but returns the the error message that Parallel Desktop-5608-Mac-en-ND.dmg failed to mount because it is not recognized.

System:
20" iMac (2007) 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 2GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM
Bus Speed: 800MHz
Boot Rom version IM71.007A.B00
OS X.5.4

Any help is gratefully appreciated.

Please download build 5608 following link bellow:
http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/GA/Parallels-Desktop-5608-Mac-en.dmg

and reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in kb
http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790
