Can use some help

I have a couple questions -

1. I just installed this on my macbook pro. It is telling me I need some windows updates, but when I download them and try to install them and says the updates were not installed. I have no idea why, but they simply won't install. Any idea why?

2. Is there a way to leave windows xp up in full screen mode in one my "spaces" in the OS and then just go to it when needed? Or do I have to leave it as a window?

2. Assign Parallels to any Space (System Preferences -Spaces), and set Startup mode to Full Screen on Configuration Editor - Configuration - Options -Booting

Ok thank you. Also what is the best resolution to set it to display in - for full screen mode? I am on a 15 inch macbook pro.

Also do most people do that, or do they prefer to simply run in the mode where nothing displays and the programs look like they are running in windows?

 

Set the same resolution as in Mac.
Not sure about what people prefer, may be someone can answer

 

Does anyone know if you can use gametap through parrells? It tells me my video cards won't work with it. do I need to do something special? Has anyone gotten it to work?
