Lost 2.5 key, no support for over a week

    Hey,

    My hard Disk crashed and have downloaded Parallels 3 to re-install. I have lost my 2.5 key. I do have my 3.0 upgrade key but it won't let me use it without my original 2.5 key.

    I sent two emails to support over a week a go and haven't heard anything back.

    Since I purchased my 3.0 upgrade, I have had to change e-mail addresses due to going from Cable to DSL with my ISP - so that may be confusing things.

    Support - please get back to me ASAP - I can provide you with my 3.0 upgrade key, my old and new e-mail addresses (which are very similar) and my Receipt for proof of purchase for the 3.0 upgrade key.
