installing Kaspersky Internet Security

I have recently upgraded from the Parallels Desktop 3.0 Trial version to the full retail version. Windows XP Professional is my Guest OS. My understanding is that installing the full retail version entitles you to a 6 month License for kaspersky Internet Security. While using the trial version I received a temporary license for Kaspersky good for the length of the trial (I now have 6 days left). However, even after entering the License key for my new full retail version of Parallels Desktop my Kaspersky License remains at 6 days. I tried reinstalling Kaspersky from the Parallels Action menu with no change.

Can anyone tell me how to extend my trial license for Kaspersky Internet Security (6 days left) to the full 6 months I am entitled to?

Kaspersky is key is only included in Premium Edition, if you have premium edition contact support team

This is not true. While the Premium edition does include a one year subscription to Kaspersky + a one year subscripttion to Acronis Home, your regular version comes with a 6 month License for Kaspersky. This has been confirmed by your Customer Support Team & the offer appears on your own website under the section outlining security features of the product.

I would appreciate your support in allowing me to access the feature I am entitled to. Thanks.

In follow-up to my earlier e-mail the text below was pasted from your features page on your website. If you scroll approximately 1/2 down the page you will see reference to the free 6 month License for Kaspersky Internet Security to come with the regular version of Parallels Desktop 3.0.
