Network broke after VZaccess Manager install

I installed VZaccess manager 3.13.0 for my UM150VE on my Leopard and now my XP internet doesn't work inside Parallels. First I got "Parallels Desktop is unable to attach to the network adapter unknown. If this is the first time you see this message, ...." so then I went to my networking settings in Leopard and selected Automatic under Location. Parallel started fine again but now internet doesn't work inside it.

got it to work again. for some reason it changed my device selection under parallels. here is what i did.

go to devices on the menu and then network adapter, then choose default.

 

Doesn't work for me

when i go to devices on the menu, everything is grayed out, so i still can't connect to the internet. I am using VZAccess Manager 4.0.1.
