    Hello,

In Mac OS, it can automatically detect NAS connected to router. After installing Parallels, Mac OS no longer detect it anymore. The network window is now empty.

No network is detected in Parallels either.

any idea how to fix it this?

    Thanks

    Thank you,
    What build you are using?
Also, is there firewall on Mac OS?
Do you have another Mac in Network and is NAS shown in Network node for that Mac?

One more question, Are you able to access Internet from Mac OS and Windows?

yes, i can access internet from both Mac OS and Windows.

initally right after installing Parallels, Mac OS reports IP address clash with Windows. After re-configuring windows to use a different IP address, both systems work fine now.

I suppose it is somehow related to problem,
    Try following:
    1. Regenerate MAC address for VM from Configuration Editor- Network Adapter 1
    2. Switch VM networking to Bridged Ethernet
