    Running:

    10.4.6
    2gb
    MacBook
    RC2
XP with SP2 and all patches

The mouse just seems to lag slightly behind. Apps open nicely and I think it's pretty snappy. But the mouse lag is driving me nuts.

    Any suggestions?

    Try installing Parallel Tools.

I agree, but with an addition. Go to your .hdd image located on your Mac and duplicate it first. Make sure you have a backup in case Tools clobbers things. There is a slight possibility of introduced problems after the install. I typed "slight". Having a duplicate of your .hdd files is good solid insurnace.

After installing the tools, go into your display preferences and make sure that acceleration is on full. That took care of the mouse lag for me. Its just as smooth as MacOS' native cursor now. Fullscreen mode is virtually indistinguishable from a natively booted volume as well.
