I know this question has been asked a lot on this forum: What's the status on DirectX 9 Shaders and a WDDM Driver for Windows Vista? I would really like to have Aero and the Enhanced Desktop Environment due to Silverlight, and the other WPF technologies by Microsoft. I am very close to ditching Parallels for Boot Camp but I can't see booting back and fourth for just WPF?
Given the upcoming release of Silverlight 2 and its integration with visual studio 2008, I would love for this to be available as well for our future development opportunities.
