Parallels NAT has a Self-Assigned IP, can't connect

I've got 2 Macs running Parallels 3.0 build 5608 on Leopard 10.5.5. Guest OS is Windows XP Pro.

I moved up to a "business class" DSL from regular home DSL earlier this week, and ever since, our Windows running on our Leopard Macs can't access the networked printers nor the Internet. The one Mac still running Tiger and Parallels 2.0 has no problem connecting to the net/internet.

In Leopard's System Prefs > Network, it says:

    Ethernet: Connected
    Parallels Host-Guest: Connected
    Parallels NAT: Self-Assigned IP

Could this be the issue? On the Tiger Mac, it doesn't say Self-Assigned for the Parallels NAT ... it says it's connected and has an IP of blahdiblah.

We did not change any settings from the default ones in Parallels. It's all Shared networking.

Moving to the new DSL did not entail any reconfiguring on the computers. The tech came over and swapped out our old DSL modem and router for a new 2Wire DSL modem/router with static IPs instead of dynamic ones. He configured the router and made sure our Macs could connect (we could ... we just didn't test Windows running on Parallels on them.) He gave me a piece of paper with our new Router address, subnet, etc.

I've tried flailing with the Self-Assigned IP issue and have had no joy. Any suggestions? We really need these Windows installs to be able to print etc.

    Thanks
