I see similar postings but none exactly like mine.
    I have a MacBook Pro and Mac OS/X 10.4.11
I successfully installed Parallels and Windows XP approx. 6 months ago. The internet connection was working fine at first, but suddenly stopped working a couple of months ago.
We have a secured wireless network and my Mac is connecting to the internet no problem through Firefox and Safari.
I cannot get Internet Explorer to work on the virtual machine.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Parallels a few nights ago.
    Any ideas?

I suppose you have antivirus on Windows or third party firewall,
Please try to install Firefox on Windows and check

I can't try Firefox on Windows because I can't access the internet.

You can download it on Mac side and transfer to VM

I'm sorry but I don't understand any of that. Is there a number I can call to get help from Parallels? Obviously this needs to work or there is no point in buying the software.

This does not go to a support queue...it leads to more FAQs...it is extremely labor intensive to find help with this, and it is completely unacceptable that this product is not working for so many people.

It is not in 90% problem in Parallels Desktop, but in network settings for Mac and Windows, or third party software interaction
