Can't connect USB/Blackberry after updates

    "USB device you are trying to connect to the virtual machine is being used by another application. Close that application or unplug the device and plug it again. Then try to connect the device again.".

    Mac OS 10.4.11
    Parallels 3.0 Build 5608

    Connected without issue until recent update. RIM shows up in Parallels USB device list. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks John. I saw that article yesterday and tried the solutions listed. Both max os and parallels are updated and ran the install tools. I even uninstalled BB software and re-installed. Still no victory. Is there a way to uninstall the very last update?

    Yes you can reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790
    just use reverse order, do not forget to reinstall Parallels Tools
