Activation Key Not Accepted

    I am trying to upgrade to 4.0 but it will not accept my 3.0 activation key. Can someone please advise?

    You have to use your ORIGINAL key, NOT a previous upgrade key. In my case I started with PD v1, which is the one that I had to use to get the PD4 upgrade key to work.
