P4 keeps opening in Coherance

Hi - I've spotted that if I open Parallels (4.0.3522) as part of my login items on my mac, it always opens in coherance, regardless of the fact that i have open in window selected in machine configuration.

any ideas how to resolve this? i used to get it in P3 as well, but deleted the coherance.exe file to prevent it happening.

 

What is set in Startup and Shutdown section for VM?
