Can't launch Control Panels via Parallels/Boot Camp

With my specific issue of not having the Control Panel show, and Windows Activation, this hotfix solved my problem!

Windows Server 2008 running from a Boot Camp partition.

 

This fix worked for me as well. THANK YOU.

 

Vista, CP will not populate

Updated to 4.0 build 3810 and Vista will no longer populate the Control Panel. Booted into Vista and applied all available updates but nojoy.
