I am desperately trying to fill the form to receive a refund but the page keeps telling me my key number is not valid. Is the key number my activation key? If not, where can I find it? Thank you.

I was having the same problem with the form, so I just filled in the "order number" but not the key number (neither is marked as 'required'). The form was accepted. I haven't gotten a reply yet, but at least I was able to submit my request. Hope this helps.
