    Hello, please try the following:
    1) Boot your virtual machine up
    2) Go to Start->Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->Device Manager
    3) Right-click Realtek Network adapter and say "Uninstall"
    4) Shut the virtual machine down
    5) Click "Configure"->"Network Adapter 1" -> Remove ( "-" button)
    6) Click "Add"->"Network Adapter"->"Host-Only Networking"
    7) Set CD/DVD-Rom to image Macintosh HD->/Library/Parallels/Tools/prl-tools-other.iso
    8) Go to Mac Menu->System Preferences->Sharing and uncheck "Internet sharing"
    9) Set Share Internet Connection from your Mac active connection, e.g. Ethernet or Airport or pppoe to "Ethernet en5"
    10) Check "Internet Sharing"
    11) Start the virtual machine and wait untl it is fully loaded and New Hardware Wizard is finished.
    12) Press Cmd+R and type in 'cmd' (without quotes) and press Enter
    13) In WIndows Command Prompt type in:

    ipconfig /all

    and IP address should be like 10.37.129.x

    14) Run the following commands:

    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew

    15) Restart the virtual machine

    Discussion here is related to Parallels Desktop version 4,
    Every case is unique,
    My general recommendation
    If you are submitting problem please provide as much details as possible eg

    Network mode set to VM
    Parallels Desktop version and build
    ifconfig -a from mac OS
    ipconfig /all from Windows
    Is there any network hardware installed on mac , or software like VPN
