Parallels Tools in 4.0 permanent License will not re-install

After uninstalling Tools within XP via add/remove per tip to correct sluggish performance after purchasing license post trial, I cannot get Tools reinstallation to complete even after full P4 reinstall. Any suggestions?

 

What is error for Parallels Tools, and make sure build is 3540 from parallels Desktop - About Parallels Desktop

 

No error message comes up. In fact all dialogues seem normal. The installation just doesn't happen. No timeout indicators at all. The build is the correct one you mentioned.

 

Solved it my self. I guess auto-run was not selected for bootcamp disk. Had to open windows and install manually. (like the documentation said). Just different I believe from previous installs, even trial 4.0
