Hey all, Just got my activation key for Parallels Desktop GA... but I'm still waiting on my copy of windows xp... quick question for those users already using the GA version: How is the video performance in general? Are you able to play streaming media (Windows Media/Real)? How is the quality? Comparable to a PC? I have a Blackbook with 1GB of RAM. Is that sufficient for viewing streaming video either in windowed/full screen mode for both parallels desktop and windows media player? Thanks all.
I'm surprised this hasn't been answered yet. The performance for this is fine. I frequently play video files/streams in the virtual machine that I can't play under os x.
