Parallels 4 - taskbar issues?

    Hi all - I just upgraded to Parallels 4 (with a Vista VM) and have the issue that when I'm in full screen mode, the taskbar doesn't show up unless I manually alt-tab. Then it stays, until I start accessing another window, and it disappears.

    Also, in Parallels 3, if I resized the VM window (in single window mode), the VM would auto-resize to fit it. Now, that doesn't happen, and I have to scroll through just to see different parts of the Vista screen. What's up with that?

    I have a similar issue except my taskbar doesn't show up in Coherence mode. I have updated to the new v4 build 3810 and reinstalled Parallels tools several times to no avail.
