I recently purchased a parallels Desktop Disc from Apple store. After installation it worked OK for 4 weeks but now it will not start at all. The small black page appears with "Stopped" It says it will boot from hard disc. It then turns round and then "nothing" I have uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times. No change. £50 for nothing seems a bit steep. Any help
Please download corresponding build from http://kb.parallels.com/en/5802 and reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790
Apparently Parallels can't find the Hard disk image (or is it using bootcamp?) did you move the VM files around or messed with the configuration settings?
I am 74 and not particularly computer literate. I paid for something and I expected it to work. It doesn't and I do not expect to have to correct the thing myself. Will ask for my money back (but how!!!!!) and be dissapointed again.
