I have a PD4 3540, a Pronto TSU7500, and ProntoEditNG (most recent version). I plug in the Pronto via USB, select the USB icon in the Parallels status bar, and select "Philips Vendor Specific." I start up ProntoEdit NG, and tell it to Upload From Device. The upload is initiated, seems to work for a minute, then gives me the error "The battery level of the connected device is too low to start upload or download." However, the battery is fully charged, and gives this error even when connected to the base station and plugged into the wall. When booted straight into Windows XP via Boot Camp, I do not get this error. Any suggestions? -Pie
Parallels Desktop 4 3810 resolved this issue. I am now communicating with the Pronto correctly. Great!! Now if you could just answer my other question... Why /Volumes doesn't appear in Parallels Shared Folders any longer... http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=32789 -Pie
They are under the Host folder Also if you enable Smart Mount you will see all volumes connected to Mac as separate network disk
This solution does not work, as I have Smart Mount enabled. Let me redirect this discussion back to the appropriate thread. http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=32789 Please reply there, as I've added some additional information. Thanks. -Pie
