Is there anyway to move my Paralells with Windows XP activated to another computer without having to reactivate. In other words I want to move it from my MacBook Pro to my MacBook

Copying it over and trying it won't cost much and won't change the status of the origianl, so try it and tell us if it worked. Just install Parallels on the other machine (with a second purchased key, of course, if you are keeping it on the MBP), and copy the folder containing your VM to the new machine.

It's the same virtual machine, so Windows XP shouldn't be able to tell the difference. The virtual hard drive is in your home directory, /Users/you/Library/Parallels/. Remember that you need to buy a second Parallels license, or uninstall it from the old computer.
