USB memory sticks not supported ?

I can get Windows to see my USB memory stick.
Any solution to this ?

 

I can successfully connect my Maxell 1GB USB stick to my Windows XP virtual machine and use it without problems.

Please check your configuration :

1. Is an USB controller resource configured in your VM ?
2. Is AutoConnect ON ? (the VM then automatically catches the USB device when detected)
3. Ensure the VM has the focus before connecting the USB stick (otherwise OSX will get it)
