How do I import files from OSX into Parallels Windows XP?

By using the Shared Folders feature in the console. You can actually "share" your entire root directory with the VM.

 

Great, can you explain how to do that?

I don't have the short-cut to VM Tools or whatever it's called on VM XP destop. Where is it?

I'm using a trial serial number for Parallels if that makes a difference.
