I am aware that each version of Windows has these little differences here and there, and it does affect certain kinds of drivers and the like. I prefer Windows 2000 for a lot of reasons if I have to use Windows. I am wondering if that is the primary test platform for Parallels, or if they use XP or something else to do their testing on. I would prefer to use the 'most' supported version. But there are real differences between 2K and XP, such as the USB stacks, etc. Does anyone know?
I've run both Windows 2000 and XP on a daily basis for quite a while each, and they both work great. I haven't used USB at all however.
