    Hello All

My son has been on and on about Bamzooki.

So I downloaded it from here:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/bamzooki/make/zook_kit.shtml

On first run, I found I had to update Direct X to the latest 9.c version.

Did this and now I get this error (shown in attachment).

It complains about older video cards, bit depth, acceleration etc.

The only possible thing I found is that the video driver only assigns 8Mb VRAM to the VM, but I could not find how to change this,

Please help, I have tried adjusting everything and now have one annoyed and understanding 7 year old.

    Thanks all.

Tell your 7 year old that Parallels does not yet have support for DirectX and that a beta version is due around the end of the year with initial support. For now, use BootCamp.

Bamzooki does not run in virtual machines

Bamzooki does not run in VirtualPC 2005 or VMWare Server 1.0 either, so I don't think it is a Parallels only problem...
