parallel tools clipboard dies after prolonged use

Hi

I am doing big conversion and I am using the copy paste quite a bit.

Since i have upgraded to new beta build 1862, i have noticed that over a long period of use the tools just up and quits with a window message of do i want to send a report

Application exception occurred:
App: C:\Program Files\Parallels\Parallels Tools\ParallelsToolsCenter.exe (pid=344)
When: 8/16/2006 @ 17:10:11.807
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)

i have also seen where it looses last part in copy/paste

I do have more of the app error if the parallels team needs it

 

Ok, This is now happening about once a day...

and it shuts down parallel tools

 

Ok, this is a real issue,

Someone else must have run into this, you leave parallels open in XP pro and you copy and paste back and forth
or
copy and paste large copies on the Mac side with parellels open in XP

 

I am having the same issue. Parallels Tools is very unstable if you using Copy & Paste features in Mac OS X or Windows XP rapidly.

Hmm... I am frequently use this on my MBP with no issues. We will try to reproduce. Do you copy large texts?

ok on Windows XP Pro sp2 im running a dev studio for Witango and Mac im running Zend IDE. I am converting from Witango to PHP.

I will copy HTML blocks from Witango into Zend. funny thing is

Ok, each month I convert a magazine content to web pages, it usually takes me about 17 hours. During this process ill have the following open.

Acrobat
Patin Shop Pro
UltraEdit 32
and Several Explorers open
and Witango Dev Studio

I copy from pdf -> ultraedit -> Witango, and i am working only inside the VM and I have had the Tools crash 3 times in several hours. I have had to place a shortcut on desktop to tools so i can reinvoke incase i need to get something Mac side.

When i checked the Dr. watson im getting the same error
