    Two questions:

A: how do I get my XP Parallels to recognize and use my external LACIE firewire hard drive. It doesn't show it even under add hardware.

B: How do I do a "right click" with a one button mouse?

    Thanks!

Parallels won't recognize your external drive as a device, but you can put a virtual hard drive on it which can be as large as you like. "Real" partition support is said to be on the Parallels roadmap, but isn't available at this time, and I haven't seen a schedule.

Windows is designed for a two button mouse, so it's best to blow the seven or eight bucks and get one. If you are using a MacBook, with the latest software updates, clicking with two fingers on the trackpad will generate a right click if you enable it in preferences.

If you're on a desktop, get a two button scroll mouse, and after five minutes, you'll be addicted.

You can hold down ctrl and click and it will be the same as right clicking.
