How to share documents between the installed Vm and MacPro ?

Hi!
I am being unable to find how to share document between my installed VM (Windows XP) and my MacPro.
Many thanks to whom who can help me.

 

I had the same problem. In one of the older posts, I found a suggestion to map a "network" folder from windows, rather than use the Parallels Shared Folder. This solution worked and provides much faster access.
