Windows XP's Device Manager questions

Hi everybody:

I'm running Parallels Desktop for Mac on a MacBook Pro with Windows XP. In my Device Manager I have two "?" listed in Windows XP Pro. The first ? is: "Other PCI Bridge Device" and the second is: "Video Controller". What driver is needed to fix these "?". Thanks.

 

Have you installed Parallels Tools? On my MacBook Pro runing XP I don't even see a PCI Bridge Device.

 

No, just Parallels Desktop for Mac version 1848.

 

I would try installing Parallels Tools (VM -> Install Parallels Tools) and see if that helps.
