Help,when conected to ext monitor want MBP screen off

Hi all,

I can't figure this out but I am sure it should work.

When I am conected to an external monitor I want the screen in my Macbook Pro to turn off.

Can someone help me, please

Leave the lid closed, connect monitor and USB keyboard and mouse. MBP will wake up and route all output to the external monitor.
