    Hi

I may be missing something but I have used the hardware setup to create a second HDD image on my VM, when I boot I only see the c:/ drive. I was hoping that this would mount like an external drive that I can share between VMs.

I have created it as an expanding image

    Any Ideas?

    Thanks

Once you create the drive in Parallels, and attach it to your VM, you have effectively installed a new hard drive in your virtual computer. You need to intialize and format it in Windows just as if it were a physical drive, using logical disk manager. Let it write the signature on it, then format it (suggest NTFS), and assign a drive letter. Then you should be able to use it.
